After the local power outage my internees speed has gone down from 500Mbps to around 10Mbps. I contacted Verizon and they confirmed that I am getting the 500Mbps and said the issue is with the Ruckus extenders.
Thanks for the reply. I followed all the steps and I am still having the same issue. while I am connected to the network the internet speed drops constantly. FYI, the entire community is having the same issue.
