After the local power outage my internees speed has gone down from 500Mbps to around 10Mbps.  I contacted Verizon and they confirmed that I am getting the 500Mbps and said the issue is with the Ruckus extenders.

please help to get the speed back up.

What the hell kind of procedures are these. You guys just copy and paste the same suuff over and over again.

Is there a number I can call or chat live with someone?

Hi @Anonymous

Ruckus support for Lennar Homes customers will be supported exclusively through this community forum support model, now based on your post description, the switch is not booting from the wrong partition and there are many ways to access the switch to fix the problem; however, you mentioned that the IP address of the switch currently has is not working, so the only way will be through console access.

1:Confirm first the IP address that actually the Switch has by using the tool named IP scanner.

2:Once you know the IP address, try to fix the issue with the option via web browser, now sometimes happens that the credential may be the same as you used for the Unleashed Application, so try those, if not the ones that are in the guide.

3:If for some reason the IP address is still not working, the only way to access the switch will be via console access and run commands, let me add the guide to access via console and the commands you need to run once you gained access.

A: Gain access via console.

ICX7150-C12 Router>enable

B: Run the next set of commands.

ICX7150-C12 Router>show flash  (you can confirm in which partition you have the correct code that will start with SPS example: SPS08080f.bin normally will be your primary partition)

ICX7150-C12 Router#copy flash flash secondary  (this will copy what is in your primary code to the secondary)

ICX7150-C12 Router# write memory

ICX7150-C12 Router#show flash  (now both partitions must start with the SPS before the code type)

ICX7150-C12 Router#Boot system flash primary yes

ICX7150-C12 Router#reload

Ok. I think my problem got resolved. But seriously if someone doesn't know how to run these commands its going to be impossible for them to do it. You guys need to step up and support people live.

Hi @Anonymous

We understand you may be frustrated, but please do not badmouth or unduly criticize RUCKUS, Lennar or anyone on the forum. We're all here trying our best to help.
