ICX7150 switch boot mode

My icx7150 is stuck in boot mode, tried reset option but not working.

tried option 1-

After performing the factory reset using a paper clip 20-25 times,  still see the Amber light on SYST

tried software recovery

getting error

Bad FIT kernel image format!
ERROR: can't get kernel image!

Thank you for sharing the information.

Based on the troubleshooting done, you confirmed, and we saw that after the reset, booting up the Switch, and trying the software recovery process, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

yes i am from Lennar homes

 

1. Tried boot_primary or boot_secondary.getting ERROR: can't get kernel image!

 2.  host 192.168.0.2 is alive

which ticket i have to log, open a case or faulty equipment??

i am getting host 192.168.0.2 is alive

Thank you for the response and the update.

Do you see any change in the light status on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch now? If not, please unplug and plug it from the power outlet then check.
