ICX7150-C12P Ports appear to be failing - RMA

I have an ICX7150-12CP with multiple ports that appear to be failing.  I have a R510 that was plugged into port 1/1/12 and showing a connection speed of only 10Mbps.   When the R510 was removed from ceiling and plugged directly into port 1/1/12 with a known good cable, connection speed would only show 10Mbps and would not connect.   Switch was power cycled and same behavior.  The R510 was moved to port 1/1/3 with same cable and the unit connected normally at 1Gbps. Configuration verified and no speed specific settings on the port.  Please provide RMA of switch.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that few of the ports on your RUCKUS Switch is not working.

Could you please share the picture of the connection ports of the switch as shared in the below pic?

To proceed further, we would need to check few configurations of the switch.

To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P

I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.

Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

Thank you for the response.

From the response shared, I see that some of the ports are showing as 10 or 100 Mbps and the Switch version is SPS08095pb1.

I would request you to please downgrade the Switch to the recommended stable version 08.0.95g for Lennar users.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to downgrade the switch to the recommended stable version(8095g)

Please see below. Problem started while at 8.0.9g, reverted to that version.  R510 is plugged directly into port 1/1/12 with known good patch cable. You will see that it is still at 10Mbps.
