Similar to past and recent posts, after a power outage, the switch has a steady green light for power and steady amber light for system, no power to the 3 Ruckus AP.
I followed previous solutions to hard reset (using a pin) and if no image to boot to try to load one. Unfortunately, while I was able to communicate a few times, result was that it was "not alive" - similar to this post: https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Switch-in-boot-mode-after-po...
I tried it again today and it appears to be worse - see below. It seems to stay on the last "Releas321t>23" for a very long time (at least 10 minutes) until I hit enter and it gives me the ▒▒. It does not allow any commands and continues to repeat ▒▒ and delete itself before starting again. Same thing happens when we tried to reset again.
Please advise of next steps.

Hi lightscout
Thank you for contacting Lennar Home Community.
Hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the detailed information you shared.
From the case description, I could understand that after a power outage, your ICX-7150-C12P switch is stuck on boot mode with Green light on PWR and an Amber light on SYST.
I would request you please disconnect the power of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch and power it on again. Then perform the Reset of the switch as described below.
Please follow to below steps in order to fix this issue:
Below is the Guide and Videos link for your reference:
Video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jHMTdo_hK4
IF RESET DOESN’T WORK: Please follow the below steps.
If the reset does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P:
Below are the Guide and Video Link to perform the Software recovery process:
Please refer to the below guide and Video link:
Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ql22blH_CGo
Also, please share the screenshots or pictures of the errors (if any) and connections if you are trying to get the console to the Switch.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Hello Imran,
I performed all that you have listed many times over the weekend with the same results: either ping came back as not alive or the errors that you saw me post.
I’ve downloaded putty, drivers so my laptop can see the COM port, the SW, reset the switch with a pin and connected successfully to switch with the usba/c cable - same result: solid green light on power and sys solid amber light.
Can you advise on next steps?

Hi lightscout
Thank you for the response and information.
As mentioned in the previous post, please disconnect the power of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch and power it on again. Then perform the Reset/Software recovery process of the switch as described in the last post.
Please check the videos of these processes mentioned in the same post.
If there is a same error, we request you share the screenshots of the error you are getting And pictures of the connections to the Switch and Laptop/PC.
Thank you again for your patience.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Hello Imran,
I re-did as you suggested in the posts - Still the same error. SW recovery not possible as commands are not accepted in Putty. Please see attached.
