We lost power both APs aren’t receiving power after power returned. I have Reset all items several times APs and switch. I have switched cables where possible. I have attempted reboot using coms port that didn’t accept a boot load, flash attempted but failed. Boot said invalid. Not sure what I could do here.

Great!!! From the pictures you shared, I could see that your Switch is now Upgraded on the 8095g version. And copied on both the Switch partitions.
May I know if your Access Points are getting power now and if you are able to connect to the Access Points Wi-Fi SSID?
And are you able to log in to the Unleashed system? (Please refer to the below screenshot)

Both access points have power. I am able to access them via Wi-Fi I can cable in. I can excess unless using a Ethernet cable

all lights are green
