My ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and stop sending power to the APs. We have rebooted it several times, restarted the program, connected our phone to restart the program-and still, no lights are flashing! We need a new product ASAP!

I have read all previous posts and tried to restart following the specific instructions given! Still now working! Please approve for new device!

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

After we connected it, there still isn’t any lights. We even hired an associate with more IT experience and he wasn’t able to do it. Please do not close this case. Please ROM.
