I need a real person to come hook everything up. We purchased a Lennar home and the previous owners could never make it work. Nothing works. I need a technician, not a support forum.
Good luck finding someone! We've had the system 3 years and can NOT get the support we need. I'm researching an entirely NEW system from a competitor because I'm fed up with the lousy support on the Ruckus.
