My ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and stop sending power to the APs. We have rebooted it several times, restarted the program, connected our phone to restart the program-and still, no lights are flashing! We need a new product ASAP!

Thank you for the details provided. Since the console access of the switch is not responding, this unit must be RMA (return merchandise authorization) means replace it.
