After intermittent power outages, my ruckus icx 7150-c12p only has the power light solid green and system light solid amber. No ethernet lights indicating any form of connection and the wifi is not active. Power cycling the ruckus results in the same two lights without change. Connecting a usbc to usbc cable to the device did not display anything
Thank you for the details provided. Based on your troubleshooting you have done, since console access with the Type C/USB cable, it's no responding, this unit must be RMA (return merchandise authorization) means replace it.
