Hi all,
Similar to another recent report I saw here.
Since last night, our Ruckus switch has stopped working, it no longer powers the APs, hardwired Ring Doorbell, Smart Hub, or Kevo lock. The device won’t power on at all. I’ve tried rebooting it, plugging it into different working outlets, but nothing works. We haven’t had any power outages or surges in the house nor in the area.
The only thing I notice is a single green flash on the panel when it’s first plugged in, then nothing. Same behavior every time I try. This unit came with our Lennar home, purchased in 2018, and it’s been working fine until now.
Any suggestions on what to do next? Is it time for a replacement? Thanks!

Thank you for sharing the information on a private chat.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

From the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not turning on even after performing a reset.
Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.
In the video, please ensure to capture the following:
1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.
2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.
Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
