I"ve tried all the suggestions listed in other posts and even the login combo I thought it was changed to but nothing is working. I'm going directly to IP address to attempt to login. Please help.

Hi @david_pace_qve2

Greetings!!!

Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are unable to log into the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Once again, could you please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article and try to use the default credentials?

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Default-Admin-Login-Username...

If that doesn’t work, please download the PuTTY application and try to log in to the CLI using the Switch IP Address via Telnet option. Refer to the below process.

Launch PuTTY from your laptop.

Telnet – Port 23 (If SSH doesn’t work)

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

Please let me know how that goes.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

I'm trying to log in at 192.168.1.69 and none of the passwords work. I can log in using putty on port 23.

How would logging to putty help me log in to the 192.168.1.69 site?

and I don't have a sticker with login info on the wiring cabinet

Hi @david_pace_qve2

Thank you for the response and the update.

Accessing the CLI using Telnet does not require a username and password.

In the Telnet CLI, use the following commands to either modify the existing password or create a new username and password:

enable

configure terminal

device(config)# username super password pass

In this example, the username is ‘super’ and the password is ‘pass’.

device(config)# crypto key generate rsa

device(config)# aaa authentication login default local

device(config)# aaa authentication web-server default local

After some time, try to use the new reset username/password.

Please let me know how it goes.

Thank you again for your patience.

Best regards,

Imran Sanadi
