ICX 7150-C12P Not Functioning

Hi,

My ICX 7150-C12P doesn't seem to be working. I tried unplugging it and replugging it in, also while depressing the Reset Switch with a SIM Card Ejector. No lights are coming on.

Should I RMA it via this website? https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not turning on even after you tried resetting the Switch.

Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and a cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? 

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
