I’m unable to access the Ruckus Unleashed Home App on my iPhone due to be not being "not on network". I have ICX7150-C12-SWITCH and 2 APs, my wifi works very well but unable to manage my network by logging in the app. I saw the previous post how to troubleshoot this situation by looking for the IP address but my problem now is I don't know/forgot my username and password since I've been used to the facial recognition login prior. I need help pls on how to retrieve my username and password. Thank you!

Hi,
The lights are green on my switch and 2 APs. On my other AP the CTL is not lit up.

Thank you for the response and the information.
The connections are correct, and the light status also seems normal. CTL light will be only on ONE AP which acts as a master.
Now we may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.
In your setup, please remove one of the 2 Access Points cables and perform a factory reset on your connected Access Point, once the factory reset is done, please plug the unplugged Access Point’s ethernet cable back into the Switch port.

Hi,
So, I did the factory reset on the AP, all the green lights are on (the same green lights prior) but the configure.me doesn't show on the list of available networks.

Hi!
I finally got it to work, I did unplugged the AP again after the reset and just clicked forgot password on the browser. For some reasons, the configure.me didn't show but I used my existing network change my login destination to the master AP and successfully logged in.
