Hi Rucks Community,
I recently bought a preowned lennar home in Prosper Tx, and it has ruckus access point devices in different locations of home, but we dont figure how to use them or set them up and connect to internet.
Your help on this matter very helpful for us, because of this we are facing lot of issues with the internet.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Could you please let me know if you tried using the credentials provided on the Networking Device holding cabin? (Please refer to the below screenshot)
Could you please let me know if you can log into the RUCKUS Unleashed system? (Please refer to the below screenshot of the Unleashed dashboard)
Please try to log into the Unleashed system using the Master Access Point’s IP Address OR using https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ link and confirm.
If you don’t know the login username/password for the Unleashed login, please try login using the details provided on the cabin sticker as mentioned above. Even if that doesn’t work you could also try with the default credentials provided in the below screenshot:
Please check, confirm, and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you for the response and the update.
As per the pictures you shared, the Switch and the Access Points seem in a normal state.
We may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

2. I noticed you have multiple devices connected to the switch. What are those devices?
