Faulty equipment, need an RMA

No internet or wifi starting 3 AM this morning. I unplugged the Ruckus ICX-7150-C12P and am able to connect hardwired to the internet. If I plug it back in I lose the hardwired connection and still no wifi.

I did try to connect my laptop to the ruckus directly to try and connect because wifi does not work at all and if I plug in the Ruckus the router where my laptop is usually connected loses the ability to connect hard wired.

Thank you for the response.

You can try to connect your Laptop to your ISP (Internet Service Provider's) Router Wi-Fi or using ethernet cable.

If that doesn't work, the only option left is to get Console CLI access to the Switch.

Please refer to the below guide on how to get console access to the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.

Once you are logged in to the Console CLI, please perform the commands shared previously and help with the outputs.

I am finally able to log into the 192.168.1.103 on my browser and arrive at login screen for which I do not have credentials. 

I was also able to connect to the Ruckus via USB-USB-C cable and could not get past the "show version" stage. 

I tried to exit then go back in but do not get the ICX-7150-C12P prompt to restart the command entry steps. 

Please. Is there any way possible to have someone either remote in or call me to walk me through this? It has taken a week what should have taken less than an hour. How is this fair or efficient? I have offered to pay so free us not the important factor.

Thank you for the response and the update.

Apologies, effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email or remote session. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model only.

Please try to log into the Switch on the web browser and SSH CLI using the default credential.

Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below. 

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.

Please check and let me know if it works.

I've tried each username, password, combination you provided. I cannot log in. Is there a service that I can call that will help me get this done and not buy email the way I'm being forced to do now. I understand you're doing your best under your rules, but I can't go into the weekend and a whole another week. If you're not going to send me a replacement unit then say so and I'll leave you alone. I need a solution not suggestions that then I'm left. Trying to sort out myself.
