I am unable to factory reset my ruckus 7150 C12 switch. I followed the forum steps and tried to reset 15 times today (this is in addition to the 10+ times I have tried in the last year). I have reviewed the recommended solution to be, replace the device. How do I proceed with the support?

Thank you for sharing the requested information.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch’s Console ports are not responding. Tried different Troubleshooting steps however, the failure persists, and unable to perform the software recovery on the Switch that is stuck in the boot mode. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

I have a dell XPS laptop that does not have an ethernet port. I tried to connect to the switch using a usbc and a usbc type docking station with ethernet however, the switch did not connect as I have watched it do in the support videos.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please share a picture showing a software recovery cables connection between the laptop and the Switch? Also a screenshot of Device Manager showing the COM port details.
Also could please let me know if you install the Switch drivers on your laptop? If not, please install the below mentioned drivers.
To access by console CLI, you must install a driver so that the workstation/pc/desktop or laptop can recognize the cable
Make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file ,driver should be installed.
