Hello. I just recently moved to a Lennar home and I have not been able to get any connection through the Ethernet wall ports. I got the WiFi working but after connecting a laptop to every wall port I just don't get any internet.
The switch lights are green and the previous owners said the wall ports worked for them so I'm not sure how to go about troubleshooting this issue.
I've tried:
- turning the switch off and on.
- factory resetting the switch by powering down and holding the reset button while powering on.
- connecting a laptop directly to the switch (I got internet connection).

Hi @SKA90
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Ruckus exclusively delivers internet through access points (units installed on the ceiling) via Wi-Fi or by directly connecting an Ethernet cable to the switch (Ruckus unit in the cabinet/panel). They are not linked to the wall Ethernet ports. In such a scenario, the most suitable course of action would be to reach out to your ISP or Lennar representative for assistance with this particular issue, as those ports are integral to the building infrastructure.
Kind regards,
Sofia Gätjens
