I've been trying for a little while to get ethernet to work on our wall ports, but they've been sporadic at best. Sometimes websites will load up quickly, other times, I get DNS issues. It's pretty intermittent and I'm not sure why.
Interestingly, my ICX switch is on 192.168.86.39. Theoretically, my desktop PC is connected to the switch through an ethernet connection, but for whatever reason, I'm not able to ping that address on my PC. Curiously, I can only access the switch through my WiFi adapter (not my ethernet), which seems wrong. I'm also not able to ping that address from the Unleashed portal, I'm not sure what's going on there. I've looked through the forums and some posts say that the switch may come running routing code by default, but I'm not sure how to change the software running on the switch or if that would help.
Context:
ISP: Google Fiber (1 Gbps). Wifi is using Google's provided routers and mesh network, I have disabled the WLAN using the Ruckus APs.
Connection: Google Fiber Modem -> Google Fiber Router -> Ruckus ICX 7150-C12 -> Wall port -> NetGear 1G 5-port switch (unmanaged) -> Desktop PC
Information:
On the Unleashed portal, I see:
Which all looks correct. Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I'm very new to all this home networking stuff!

Hi @Viggy
Here is your problem SPR08090d, if the Switch is running the routing code, will not properly send the traffic, by default for Lennar home set up, we advise using the SPS08090d image, which is the switching image, for enterprise environments, you can use routing code, because you may want to route multiples subnets, now with the wire and wireless network what you need to confirm is that you are in the same subnet, however, I will not worry about that, first let's boot the Switch from its Switching partitions, and I will advise upgrading to the recommended code 08095g UFI, upgrading both partitions with the switching file image named SPS08095ufi.bin.
1:Gain access to the Switch via SSH, telnet, or console.
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"
How to console in the ICX-7150-12CP 'Ruckus Switch'
2:Check if you have the Switching code-named SPS08090d in one of your flashes by running the next command show flash
enable
show flash
Note: the show version command will confirm what partition you are currently booting.
3:Once you have confirmed you have even the primary or secondary flash running the switching code, you will boot from that partition.
ICX7150-C12 Router#boot system flash primary yes
In this example, I will boot from the primary partition, which is the partition I have the switching code.
4:Perform A upgrade to the recommended code 08095g UFI
Upgrade example:
device# copy tftp flash 10.176.220.51 SPS08095gufi.bin primary
device# copy tftp flash 10.176.220.51 SPS08095gufi.bin secondary
device#Show flash
device#write memory
device#reload
