Ruckus,
I received a RMA switch from you this week but I was able to connect both AP's to internet via the switch. On the Unleashed page it shows the switch is DISCONNECTED. None of the default passwords work. Even after I conducted a HARD RESET. Please ADVISE!

I am not an unleashed expert, but if that is the case, the switch is likely working fine, but it is simply not "talking" to the unleashed setup. You likely need to decipher the ICX IP address and add it within the GUI. I will defer to the other folks who support unleashed to help you further.

Also super/sp-admin, and the 7 others haven’t worked
