My ICX 7150 switch is not connected to network

Had some storms with power outage last week.  Since then, I have lost my home network.  I can not connect to the unleashed app.  When I connect to the network through my laptop, it states the switch is not connected.  I have green lights on all the ports on the switch.  Looking for some direction.  Thanks

Hi @pmiles860 ,

Greetings!

Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.

I hope you are doing well!!!

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that your Switch is not connecting to the network after the power outage.

This issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is running in the Routing code.

Hello @pmiles860 ,

Thank you for sharing the response.

I understand that you were unable to fix the SPR code issue through the article I have shared as you were unable to get into the terminal using the Mac laptop.

I would request you to please open a web browser and access GUI of the Switch through the IP address.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is running in the Routing code through GUI.

My switch does not have an IP address.  I have opened the Unleashed Dashboard and there is no IP address listed

Hello @pmiles860 ,

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you are unable to access the IP address of the Switch.

I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.

How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-find-the-IP-Address-o...

Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-access-the-Command-Li...

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

You may follow the article I have shared in the previous post and fix the Routing code issue.

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
