App crashed during WLAN name & password change

While attempting to update the WLAN name and password on the Unleashed app, an error returned “action could not be complete”. After "trying again" and returning the same error message the name changed, but the password is not correct. Neither old, nor new password will grant access to the network. Now, the IP address (and every other devise) is no longer detectible. 

How do I gain access to the network? Do I need to reset everything, and if so, how?

Barriers:

  1. I can not access the application password is incorrect
  2. The IP address is not detectable

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

At this point we suggest you factory resetting your RUCKUS Access Points and reconfigure them with a new Wi-Fi Network/SSID. Please refer to the below RUCKUS 'Lennar Knowledge Base' self-help guide for the same.

Thank you for the detailed information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the RUCKUS Unleashed application after trying to change WLAN username/password.

Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.

If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in

Good morning,

Thank you for the quick response. 

I am unable to connect to the IP address assigned to the Master AP. Please see screen shot from IP address listed by my internet provider Verizon.

This morning's scan from LanScan does not show the Ruckus AP at all.

The previous IP address (stored in the Unleashed mobile app) is also undetected.

Is there another way to connect the Master AP despite the IP being undetectable?

Please try to access https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ from your Laptop and see if you see Unleashed system login.
