My access points do not have power

Thanks for the response,

 

As you have found the switch's IP address now please install the mobaXterm and follow the below steps.

For MacOS system like like MacBook we can access from the terminal of the device without having to install a tool.

For Telnet access:

nc ‘IP of the device’ 23

For ssh Access:

ssh ‘username’@’IP of the device’

Once you have done with the above process please share the output of the below commands.

 

 

enable

Show version

Show inline power

Show inline power detail

Hi @Jevytsee168 

 

Please let us know through which option you have tried accessing the switch (SSH or telnet). Also please confirm whether you have enabled the telnet setting in your switch web access. If not please type in your switch IP address into the web browser. Under general system the enable is located at configuration -> management -> Telnet -> Enable

 

Once you enable the telnet please try again and let us know the result.
