Ruckus IC 7150-C12P Not working

We bought our house around 2020. We have a Next Gen house.  The main Ruckus is Dead.  I did do a check as in one of the posts.  It suggested taking pictures and upload to get a replacement.  How do I open a request?  I am desperate, as I live in the Next Gen home and run my computer off of the wifi as there is no Ethernet to plug my computer into and I have a online business.  As the main Ruckus is dead,  the 2 R510 units are not working either.

I attached the pictures to a reply.  I didn't remove all the other plugs from the Ruckus in panel because I wasn't sure if I was supposed to.  I did unvelcro it to check and get pictures of the ruckus lights.   In the picture I unplugged the Ruckus from the panel and have it plugged into the wall to double check if it was in fact dead and it is.
