ICX7150-C12P Not booting.

Hello, I have a ICX7150-C12P that will not boot,

Ive tried the tutorials here, https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Fixing-RUCKUS-Switch-with-an...
But this does not fix it I've done the reset button multiple times and enter console via serial. 

When entering the console I just get this.

Ruckus Wireless Bootloader: 10.1.14T225 (Nov 14 2018 - 23:40:11 -0800)

Booted from partition 1
DRAM: DDR PHY not power up
Sometimes this
DRAM: VDL calibration failed!!! (Timeout)

Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Could you please confirm if you are attempting to perform a software recovery on the switch? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could specify the exact point at which you are encountering the error mentioned. If possible, please include any relevant screenshots.

Additionally, kindly share a clear picture showing the software recovery cable connections between the switch and your laptop.

Yes, I am trying a software recovery, and also tried the multiple resets while plugging in the switch. The switch is stuck with the Amber/Orange light on "SYST" & Green light on "PWR". When booting normally or booting with the reset button held the switch is still stuck trying to boot, as seen below via console/serial. Software recovery is not possible because even the bootloader does not finish loading. I can't give the bootloader commands to setenv or tell it to TFRP the flash for recovery there is never a ICX7150-Boot> prompt for commands. I tried console with a console cable as well as the USB-C serial.

Thank you for your response and the update.

It appears that the Ethernet cable has been connected to an alternative console port on the Switch. Essentially, both cables are currently being used for the console connection, but one of them is plugged into an incorrect port on the Switch panel.

Please refer to the screenshot below for the correct port placement. Ensure that the Ethernet cable (with RJ45 connectors on both ends) and the USB-to-Type-C cable are connected as outlined in Steps 2 and 3 of the Software Recovery guide.

Kindly follow the same procedure and perform the software recovery process once again.

Thank you I've updated as suggested. It also does not work. The management ethernet interface never gets link, because the switches bootloader even does not finish loading.
