Access point power is not on

Based on the details you shared, it appears that the SYST&PWR indicator on the RUCKUS Switch is showing green, suggesting it is in a normal operational state. However, this issue may stem from the PoE ports on the Switch being disabled.

While i am following the link, i got stuck at username/password. what are the username/password.

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please try to log into the Switch CLI using the default credential.

Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below. 

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.
