Please I need assistance with my wireless access points again. I was having some latency issue with my internet so, to troubleshoot, AT&T suggested unplugging Ruckus to use their wifi gateway. After establishing that Ruckus might be the cause every attempt to get it back on has failed. I have read of a similar situation posted today and I tried the reboot process but it didn't work. The devices are not getting any power whatsoever. Please any assistance would be appreciated. FYI, I have attempted to troubleshoot based on the instructions given to @RobertU @ by@Imran_ruckus with similar issue. It is not working.
Thank you for this information. I began the process of software recovery and it is not working. After downloading the putty, I installed it then began to download the two applications based on the instruction. The first one was successful but the second link may be broken or may require a login credential. : https://github.com/peacepenguin/tftpd64/releases
Here is the page. All this time with the C-A Cable and ethernet connected to my system and the device.
this is how far I went. Please how do I proceed from here. I suppose cables are only required once the download is complete and not prior. Please advise.
I got as far as configuring my computer IP. However, after changing the IP, subnet, gateway to the doc specification, I did not get the same address on the server interface. So, I restored my set up to the initial configuration and ended up disabling my adapters.
