Access point lights no longer on

FOTV

Please I need assistance with my wireless access points again. I was having some latency issue with my  internet so, to troubleshoot,  AT&T suggested unplugging Ruckus to use their wifi gateway. After establishing that Ruckus might be the cause every attempt to get it back on has failed. I have read of a similar situation posted today and I tried the reboot process but it didn't work. The devices are not getting any power whatsoever. Please any assistance would be appreciated. FYI, I have attempted to troubleshoot based on the instructions given to @RobertU @ by@Imran_ruckus with similar issue. It is not working.

Thank you

Hi @ FOTV

For software recovery, please make sure you have the following connections.

1: A console cable connected between your Computer to the ICX 7150 Switch Type-C USB console port.

Note: The cable type will be USB to type C, where the USB it’s going to your computer and the type C to the Type C connection in your switch, is the port number#1 in the next guide.

Once you are confirmed with the connections please try rebooting your switch once and perform the software recovery process in putty.

If the above step doesn't work please find the below link to download the mobaxterm application( Mobaxterm is a putty-like tool with a slightly different interface.)
