Previous owner couldn't get Ruckus to work and didn't use it. Original owner disconnected all the cables. Ruckus switch has power led green solid, rest of led's flashing amber after attempting a reset. Both AP's in house have zero power it appears as no led's are lit up. One blue cable labeled "dmarc" is connected to ONT port of ATT fiber gateway. Remaining cables hanging in cabinet are red, blue, green, and one white. Using a Mac computer. Please advise.

Thank you for the detailed information you shared.
As per the case description, I could understand that you are trying to set up your RUCKUS devices. And ICX-7150-C12P Switch is flashing amber lights and Access Points have no power.
As you mentioned amber lights are flashing. Meaning the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.
Basically, due to the power outage/ power spike, the switch went to a state that we call ‘boot mode’ that is not able to boot up properly.
Please follow the below steps to fix this issue:
As you mentioned that you are trying to reset, once again we will try to reset the Switch as described below:
1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.
2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

IF RESET IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE TRY TO RESET YOUR SWITCH MULTIPLE TIMES (Like 10-15 times) AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF RESET DOESN’T WORK: Please follow the below steps.
If the reset does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.

I tried to do the reset several times over the course of a couple of different days and every time the lights just flash amber continuously.

Thank you for the response and the update.
If resetting with a paper clip isn’t working, please proceed with the software recovery to the Switch as mentioned in my previous post.
Please perform software recovery and share the screenshots if you are getting any errors or are stuck at any point during the software recovery process.

hello,
do you have a guide for Macs to do this? we do not have any windows or PC's and don't have a way to obtain one just for this software recovery that may or may not work.
