Hello, 

Moved into a home with a ruckus switch and 2 AP's  I am the second owner of the home and I managed to get everything working with my internet information but wondering should the 2nd AP be showing a client also. The Master AP is showing 2 green lights and a "client"  but the 2nd AP is NOT showing a "client" and has one green light the rest are yellow. Should I unplug the master AP when resetting the 2nd AP? or can I just leave the master connected to the switch while I reset the 2nd AP? Thank you for your assistance.

I am having an issue with the internet around the 2nd AP. My question was should the 2nd AP be showing a client? 

If so,  do I just press the reset button on the back of the 2nd AP or do I need to unplug the master AP from the router while leaving the 2nd AP plugged in ?

Thanks for your response,

 

Please perform the factory reset on the access point ( which has amber light on it) by using the below steps and let us know the LED status of the access points.

 

 

NOTE: As you have 2 access points to perform physical factory reset correctly you need to disconnect the access points( which has green light on it) from the switch and keep the other access point ( which has amber light on it) in connected state. Once you are done with the process please make sure everything is good and reconnect the other access point back.
