Unexpected Reboot from ICX 7650

We have 2 ICX 7650 switches in a stack and 1 of them rebooted. Firmware does not auto update, there were not power issues and there wasn't a command to reboot the switch. Any advise on how we can investigate this further to identify why this happened...

7150 no power to ap's. keeps happening after power outage.

so this is the 4th time this has happened. How can i fix this for good so it stops happening? ICX-7150-c12p. power went out at the house and then switch will not power AP. they fixed this a couple times but i do not know how to do anything on compute...
