Hello,
I tried to follow the steps in this article https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-re.... I'm connected to the switch, but no Port shows up. I've downloaded the drivers suggested, and it is still not fixing the issue.

What operating system are you using (Windows, macOS, Linux)?
Are you using a USB-C to USB-A or USB-C to USB-C cable?
Have you tried a different USB cable or USB port on the PC?
Have you verified that the USB-C cable is capable of data transfer (not just charging)?
When you connect the switch, does the Device Manager (or equivalent) show any new device?
Have you tried connecting from a different computer?
