ICX 7850 Management port

I have a 7850-48F and I'm trying to access the console via the USB C port on the front. I can use the management port on the back just fine, but even downloading the usb drivers I can't seem to get into the management interface. I'm using PuTTY to access the com port at 9600 speed. Any ideas?

Have you located the correct COM port in device manager?

Super embarrassed, I had my default settings set to a particular COM port, and it was not on that one. Thanks!

Is there a specific USB-C we need to use for 7850? As I Google but I don't get concrete answers.

Any USB-C to USB will work.
