R510 compatibility

I have reset the AP multiple times. However, I get the same result. The AP is connected to ICX7150. The port always shows down but the AP is receiving power. I need to know what I'm doing wrong and how to resolve this issue thanks. AP is running code...

R550 not connected in ZoneDirect 1200

Hi,Why is my AP showing disconnected in the ZD1200. but onsite the led is up. I have try to change the power from auto to at/af but still it is showing disconnected. Please guide. Thank you
