ZonedirectorZD3025 doest not discover my R720AP

Hello,

I have a Zonedirector ZD3025 working fine with a lot AP in my infrastructure, a lot of AP r600 be discover automatically by this Zonedirector.

i received two new AP 720, and they not discover ....

All traceroute and ping test are ok

with packet tracer i seen good nagociation  beetwen these two equipment.

more information :

zone director ZD3025 10.2.1.0 build 159

approved automatically request from AP is set.

R720 Multimedia Hotzone Wireless AP Software Version: 6.0.0.1.3209

Primary Controller Addr: is set manually

If the R720s are running 6.0.0.1.3209 then they have SmartZone firmware installed.

You need to install solo firmware on these new APs, e.g. https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/3876-ruckus-solo-access-point-118-2-0-0-875-release-r720, then they should join your ZoneDirector.
