After installing version 200.15.6.112.52 of unleashed I enabled the 802.11r FT roaming feature however the issue is still present on my R750's. So I disabled it once more and the issue is gone. I have 3 R750's, one on each floor.
I have seen similar issue's using unleashed version 200.15.6.12.304 on the R750 with apple devices. It looks in my case an issue regarding roaming the client from one AP to another. It sometimes cannot connect or it stays connected but there is no IP...
