Ive tried restoring the bak file and it wont do anything. The AP is connected to a router and it is unable to get an internet connection. Unit seems defective and shows up as lifetime warranty on the site.
I only have a single AP and ive upgraded fw, still same issue.I am looking to buy an alternative now as it seems like Ruckus wont honor their warranty.
This is starting to get ridiculous, ive spent over a day to get this working to not avail. This unit is obviously defective and needs to be replaced. Please transfer me to level 2 and lets stop wasting time
