Ive tried restoring the bak file and it wont do anything. The AP is connected to a router and it is unable to get an internet connection. Unit seems defective and shows up as lifetime warranty on the site.

I only have a single AP and ive upgraded fw, still same issue.
I am looking to buy an alternative now as it seems like Ruckus wont honor their warranty.

As I also discussed in the private chat.
I have put a replacement request with the RMA team and share the details with you once approved.
Meanwhile, could you please let me know if you are using this RUCKUS Access Point in a Lennar home? Since RUCKUS setup with Lennar home also comes with a RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch to which APs will be connected. And you do not have the RUCKUS Switch.
Please confirm.
