R310 running 200.7.10.102.64, installed via online upgrade.
APs appear to be working OK, but unable to upgrade.
Able to remotely connect to dashboard, but under "Admin and Services" options can be actioned but are not processed, including upgrade ability.
I have tried various browsers, disabled any LAN firewall drop rules.
"restore factory settings" appears to work, and rebuild, but does not actually reset the AP.
On remote SSH access to AP, username and password accepted but then SSH session closes.
I have not been able to try a physical reset, not convinced even that would work.
Any ideas? Is there a flash on boot type process?

Hi Rofe,
This seems a browser issue.
Could you try Firefox and Edge and see if you are able to see the options.

Hello @rafe_oxley ,
Please make sure the AP has the DNS entry configured. You can verify it under the Admin & Services --> System --> IP Settings:
On the member AP, you can login to the CLI (SSH access) and run the command 'get dns'
If none, then you need to configure the DNS to perform the 'Online Upgrade' else you can try the manual upgrade by selecting the 'Local Upgrade' option.
Let me know if this helps answer your query.

Hi Sarita,
thanks for a prompt response
DNS set via DHCP (static lease)
(There is no CLI access to AP via SSH)

Hello @rafe_oxley,
200.7 is the last release for R310. You can only upgrade to the updated built on the same release (not a new firmware)
You can use the below link to download the 200.7.10.202.127 firmware file for R310:-
Select the Local Upgrade and upload the file to upload it manually.

Hi Sarita,
as per the first picture -
no current firmware version reported,
no online upgrade even when checking activated,
local upgrade is not selectable.
It just sits at that state.
No diagnostics available, network connectivity test does not work
