I need to put a printer with no WIFI capability in a place where there is no wired ethernet. I am using an ioGiant AC1200 WIFI to ethernet adapter, I follow the instructions and it connects to the ruckus wireless network successfully. However when I plug the printer or a computer into the adapter it says no internet. I found the mac address of the adapter in the rogue access points and marked it as known, but it doesn't show up in the client list. What settings do I have to change to allow it to connect?

Hi travbow ,
Thank you for posting you query !!!
I understand that Printer is not connecting to AP.
I have a question for you here :
>Is the issue seen only while connecting to the particular AP.
>Did you try to connect to a different SSID and test.If not Create a test SSID with only 2.4GHz and see if the device works.SSID with open authentication and WPA2 encryption.
>Check if has any other AP (which is not ruckus ) and see if the device connects to that AP.
>What is the unleashed firmware version ?
>Please confirm the unleashed AP models ?
>May I know the WLAN authentication type ( 802.1x, WPA-2, Guest access) ?
>Is your AP managed by a controller or operating in standalone mode?
Thanks
Mayank
