UNLEASHED AP BROKE VOIP PHONES

I have a customer which I maintain an unleashed (current firmware) and a Toshiba IPEdge VOIP system. The VoIP phones are shutting down after functioning fine for 2 years. Nothing has changed on LAN. Toshiba phones function fine independently but as soon as I add one AP the phones go offline.

It sounds to me like either a broadcast that the phones dont like or they are using the same TCP port numbers maybe or even a DHCP issue. What happens if you create a management VLAN for the AP's?
