vSZ webUI unavailable (rel 3.4.2)

I tried installing a single controller running 3.4.2 via .ova and the setup went smoothly until I got to the point where I tried connecting on port 8443. The controller is reachable via SSH and otherwise appears to be fine. I've noticed that I can't seem to turn on the web service but there are not errors explaining why.

Hi Tien,

I believe you are talking about the AP flagged status. Please share a screenshot to assist you better.

Sure, that's `Flagged` at Controller.

How long does vSZ-E take to start all services? (In case vSZ-E reset/ reboot).

Hi Tien,

Please check the threshold values configured for the cluster status and increase the resources if required.

If you reboot the controller, it takes 30 to 45 minutes to restart all the service depending up on the configuration done on the controller.

Anusha, I a have a controller SZ-100 in version 3.6.2.0.0.222( the recommend firmware) and after a normal reboot all services is now offline and not going up.

I am facing this issue in every version that I enable in the setup the dual ipv4/ipv6 option, at least in this version We were able to have it working after setup but after tried to upgrade to any firmware 5+ and always getting ''fail to upload reason: general error" We decide to try a reboot.  But unfortunately the the services problem is happening again. What is the catch ? This is already a new controller, because original one we open a RMA to see if it was a problem with the HD...
