troubleshoot WIFI network performance

Hi, 

We have user reports network performance slow and have a huge packet loss during the VC meeting.

we are using R730 + SmartZone 100, we have try to fine tune the tx power, but no improvement, TX power is relate to roaming only?

Any troubleshoot step should we perform?

Thanks for reaching out.

For troubleshooting performance issue we would need more details:-

What is the SZ version?

What is the wlan configuration and Zone configuration?

changing Tx power to manual should be done based on site survey report.

 For roaming you can use 802.11r (fast roaming)
