mobile device connectivity issue

Good day!

Hi,

Just want to share my experience with regards to Zone controller issue -  mobile device was unable to connect to a certain SSID (devices was detected as windows machine).

Maybe some of you experience or encounter same issue/problem.

Please utilize the Client Connection Troubleshooting feature in SmartZone GUI to investigate the reason for the disconnection. For detailed guidance, you can refer to the YouTube video link provided by RUCKUS Network Education in the following link:

Are you facing this issue with certain mobile client model? Or all the mobile clients are having this issue?
What type of SSID are you connecting to? Is it is Open, WPA2, Radius SSID or Hotspot?

Along with the client connectivity troubleshooting tool result, it would be great if you can share the details which I requested.

No certain model, and selected mobile clients only.
We are using SSO for WIFI SSID via Active Directory.
The said devices were able to connect previously but right now, unable to connect.
Upon checking on the controller, device was detected as windows instead of IOS or Android.
