What does the alarm "Cluster [VSZ01-3-6-C] is in maintenance state." indicate?

Virtual SmartZone version: 3.6.2.0.222

What does the alarm below indicate? In which log can I see what really happened, since I downloaded Diagnostics -> Applications Logs -> Download All Logs, looked at several and found nothing related on the date it occurred?

Hi Cesar,

Usually system will go to maintenance mode due below two reasons.

1- While creating a cluster backup
2- Creating a configuration backup

Please note that it is not limited to just above two reasons, as system may also enter into maintenance mode while a firmware upgrade, service down/restart etc.

And among these possibilities, can I know the specific reason? As I said, I looked at several logs and found nothing. If I can find the right item you mentioned, which log would I have to see?

Hi Cesar,

Yes, we can look for the actual reason from the snapshot logs > applogfile > configurer folder (search with keyword "state").

i.e.
