Ruckus smartzone 100 import backup settings into virtual smartzone

Good afternoon,

We have a Smartzone 100, but unfortunately, it broke. By connecting the disk to another machine, I was able to retrieve the last backup I made. We'd like to import this into a virtual Smartzone we're already running. However, it turns out I can't import the backup into it.

Can you help me with this?

Hi Martijn,

SZ100 and vSZ (Virtual SmartZone) have different hardware and deployment models.
Cluster backups include system-level configurations, certificates, and node-specific data that are not portable across platforms.
