The R350 is compatible starting from SmartZone 6.1.2. You can check the AP compatibility list in the following guide:

However, the R350e is compatible with SmartZone 7.0, as per the upgrade guide. Please refer to the 7.0 upgrade guide for more details:

It looks like you are planning to upgrade the controller. Could you confirm the current version of your controller? Also, what AP models have you deployed?
Note: If you are upgrading the controller, I recommend upgrading to 7.1.0, as it is the latest stable release. However, we need to know your current controller version to provide the appropriate next steps.
