New AP not showing in ZD3000

I have added new H500 AP with static IP configured. its not detecting in ZD3000, however i can ping the the AP through network connectivity in toolbox.

Is this output from the AP which is not connecting to the ZD?
Looks like it is connected and in RUN state.

@sanjay_kumar . Issue was fixed, there was an IP conflict in the AP. after fixed the IP conflict issue, I was able to connect the new AP by issuing the set director IP 10.207.86.128 from AP CLI.

by the way we have purchased a Ruckus VA for 120 AP and already installed the VA in Hyper-V. is there a way that we can get the Ruckus support to configure the this.

Are you talking about the Ruckus RA or Ruckus VA?
It is better to open a support case so that we can assist you and address all the queries.

Its a Ruckus VA. I have not activated the license yet. Is there a way that we can check how many AP licenses enabled in the given Key before activating.
