Hello everyone,
I'm currently having trouble accessing my ZD3025 Access Point Controller via the web interface. The device is considered “End of Life,” so Ruckus is unable to offer support. It's still online, managing about 30 APs, and sending email alerts—so I know it's functioning to some extent. However, entering the IP address in my browser no longer brings up the usual login page.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? How can I regain access to the controller’s configuration interface? Any troubleshooting tips, alternative methods of access (like SSH or CLI), or known workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Ermias,
When you attempted to access the WebUI, what error did you encounter?
Please check if you can establish an SSH connection using the IP address of the Zone Director

Hello Leimapokpam,
I can't establish SSH but I can establish serial connection via console cable.

Hi Ermias,
Are you able to ping the IP of the ZD? If yes, please check whether your SSH access application (such as PuTTY) has the following settings:
Bits per second: 115200
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
Flow control: None
If the IP is unreachable, access the console and check whether the ZD has a valid IP by using the command "show config."
