The customer using the SZ144 requires the enable password for use with the CLI interface.

Hello, One of our customers is using the SZ144 model.

We need to access this device via CLI, but we don't know the enable password.

Is there a default enable password, or is there a way to find out the already set enable password?

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Hi @msk,

Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Support via the Community Forum.

Please note that there is no default enable password. The enable password is set during the initial setup wizard when the system prompts for credentials. The credentials entered at that time are applied to both the GUI and CLI access.

To reset the enable password, console access to the SmartZone (SZ) is required.

Kindly open a support case with us, and we will assist you in resetting the enable password through a remote session.
